  1. Introduction

Welcome to CPro academy (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By enrolling yourself or your child in our online tutorial classes, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all students, parents, or guardians participating in or paying for our services.

If the student is under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required before participation.

  1. Our Services

We provide online tutorial and academic support in subjects including (but not limited to):
Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and other school or exam-related subjects.

Lessons are delivered via virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or other approved tools.
Class schedules, fees, and subjects are communicated before enrollment.

  1. Registration and Eligibility

Students must provide accurate information during registration.

Parents or guardians are responsible for granting consent for minors.

We reserve the right to deny or suspend registration if any information provided is false or incomplete.

  1. Class Conduct

To maintain a productive learning environment:

Students must behave respectfully during all online sessions.

Disruptive behaviour, inappropriate language, or cyber-bullying will not be tolerated.

Cameras may be requested to stay on during sessions for proper supervision.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of lessons without refund.

  1. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via Paystack, bank transfer, or other authorised methods.

All fees must be paid before classes begin unless a written payment plan is approved.

Missed or unattended sessions will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at the tutor’s discretion.

All prices and transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) / Dollar ($) unless otherwise stated.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy.

Personal data (such as student name, age, parent contact, and academic details) will be collected solely for educational, promotional and administrative purposes.

Data will be stored securely and will not be shared with unauthorised third parties.

We comply with Nigeria’s Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and international best practices.

Parents may request deletion of a child’s data at any time by written notice.

  1. Recordings and Learning Materials

Some online classes may be recorded for quality assurance and educational review.

Recordings may be shared publicly without the parent’s written consent for educational, promotional or review purposes

Students and parents must not record, screenshot, or redistribute lessons or materials without written permission from the organization.

  1. Technology and Internet Responsibility

Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and appropriate device access.

We are not liable for disruptions caused by internet issues, power failure, or device malfunction on the student’s side.

Missed sessions for such reasons will not be refunded.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and effective learning experience,
CPro Academy will not be liable for:

Any technical or connection issues during classes.

Loss of data, income, or opportunity resulting from interruptions.

Injuries or accidents occurring outside the online class environment.

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the affected session(s).

  1. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a student’s access if:

Fees are unpaid after reminders.

The student repeatedly violates class rules or disrupts others.

Misuse of materials or breach of confidentiality occurs.

  1. Intellectual Property

All course content, slides, videos, and resources provided during lessons remain the intellectual property of CPro Academy.
They must not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services or policies.
The latest version will always be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
